I was impressed with the service and time that the represenatives took with me in regards to getting setup with Ninja platform; coming from trading equities fulltime for 8 years to starting off in the ES and new platform was a change, yet my rep Thien was more than helpful and insightful.

I liked the customer portal if you wanted to do a wire or request check; no having to forward info to broker or rep; just enter the info online and funds came on time.

I guess the only drawback that I could see was not having live customer support in case an issue developed in the night session.

I did have one issue in regards to an over charge and they did look into matter and credited my account.

Was pleased overall.

i have been using AmpFutures for 2 years, reliable Quotes even on heavy Data days ( FOMC accouncement ), Support is Friendly & quick to fix my problem, i have tried 3 other Firms & i believe Ampfutures is much Better for my Peace of mind.

I am very happy with AMP so far. I haven’t had any issues with the platform going down, and the commissions are good for the volume that I do. I particularly like the commissions on gold, oil,bonds, and the grains.
